Delivery details

At checkout you enter the delivery address, a contact person with mobile phone, delivery hours and notes (e.g. floor, entrance, loading ramp). This lets the carrier contact you and deliver without delay.

    Tracking and failed delivery

    • When your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number.

    • If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the recipient (absence, wrong address), the cost of re-delivery is borne by the recipient.

    • Check the parcel on delivery. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier and inform us within 48 hours with photos.
