The Chemisafe Safety Fire Case is a portable, certified fire-resistant box for the safe storage of small quantities of flammable liquids near the workstation, as an economical compliance solution.

  • Electro-galvanised 1–1.5 mm sheet steel, grey RAL 7031, acid-resistant external epoxy coating
  • Insulation with high-density rock wool and calcium sulphate panels
  • Automatic lid closure above 50 °C, 30 mm intumescent seals
  • Side handles, locking lid, painted steel spill-containment sump (1.5 L)
  • External dimensions 340×340×400 mm, internal 200×200×265 mm, weight 18 kg
  • Fire-resistance certification 30 minutes (Type 30) according to EN 14470-1:2023 (Bureau Veritas)
  • Optional: trolley, tube pass-through (HPLC/GC chromatography) Ø<2 cm, external CO₂ fire extinguisher
