Returns

The shop mainly serves professionals and institutions. Because many materials are chemicals, returns are accepted on the following terms.

Returning a product

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided that all of the following apply:

• the product is unopened, unused and in its original condition;
• the packaging is intact and accompanied by the purchase invoice;
• you have first sent a return request and received approval.

Non-returnable products

• Chemicals, resins, solvents and similar materials that have been opened or used.
• Special-order products, products cut to size (e.g. papers, fabrics, film by the metre) or prepared on request.
• Products damaged by improper storage after delivery.

Defective or wrong product

Let us know within 48 hours από την παραλαβή, στέλνοντας φωτογραφίες στο info@artrestorationsupplies.gr. Θα αντικαταστήσουμε το προϊόν χωρίς χρέωση ή θα εκδώσουμε πιστωτικό. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση τα έξοδα επιστροφής τα αναλαμβάνουμε εμείς.

Procedure

1. Στείλτε email στο info@artrestorationsupplies.gr με θέμα «Αίτημα επιστροφής – [αριθμός παραγγελίας]» και την αιτία.
2. Within 2 working days we reply with approval and shipping instructions.
3. You send the product well packed. Shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the error is ours. Dangerous goods are returned only according to our instructions (ADR).
4. After inspecting the product, we refund by bank transfer or issue a credit note within 10 working days.

Returns without prior approval are not accepted.
