Nanorestore Gel® Peggy, developed by CSGI at the University of Florence, are chemically cross-linked hydrogels of semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (pHEMA/PVP). They are transparent, elastic and leave no gel residues, while allowing fully controlled release of water or aqueous solutions (chelators, surfactants, buffers) only at the interface.

  • Peggy 5 / Peggy 6: gel sheets with different water retention/release; GUM: small pieces for spot cleaning; Test Kit: trial pack
  • Uses: removal of dirt, varnishes, adhesives and residues from painted surfaces, paper, photographs and textiles
  • Reusable after rinsing in deionised water; store immersed in water
