We serve professionals throughout the European Union: conservators, studios, museums and institutions. Sales abroad are strictly B2B.

Who can order

The shop is for professionals and organisations only (B2B). To order from another EU country you need to register with the details of your business or organisation.

VAT and intra-community supply

• Businesses with a valid EU VAT number: the sale is treated as an intra-community supply without VAT. At checkout select «Invoice» and enter your VAT number. The number is checked automatically in the European Commission's VIES system. You account for the VAT in your own country under the reverse charge mechanism.
• All other buyers (without a valid VAT number in VIES) pay Greek VAT at 24%.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped by courier.
• Indicative delivery time within the EU: 3–7 working days after dispatch. For made-to-order items the lead time is longer (see the availability shown on each product); we also confirm it in the confirmation email.
• The shipping cost is calculated per order and confirmed to you by email before payment.
• Some solvents and chemicals are subject to dangerous goods transport regulations (ADR), which may affect the shipping method, cost and delivery time.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer, once we have confirmed the final amount including shipping by email.
