The cabinets Chemisafe CFCS combine chemical storage with recirculation and purification of air through an activated carbon filter, so they can be placed anywhere in the laboratory, close to the workstation, without an external duct and without air-compensation problems.
- Electro-galvanised 1 mm steel, grey RAL 7035, acid-resistant epoxy coating
- Double-walled doors with 6 mm Sécurit safety glass (3+PVB+3), lock, 110° opening
- 4 plastic-coated steel shelves + sump with grid and absorbent sheet (per compartment); versions with fixed or sliding shelves (CF4T/CF8T)
- Air filtration unit (fresh air box) according to NF X15-211: axial fan 100/250 m³/h, 220 V/50 Hz, IP44, 45 dB, ON/OFF switch with indicators, operating hours counter, filter saturation alert (audible/visual) by measuring air speed at the activated carbon filter (~0.2 m/s)
- The activated carbon filter is selected according to the products (solvents, acids or mixed) and replaced 2–3 times a year
- Compliance NF X15-211, EN 61010-1, CEI 66-5
