Very thin (0.001") translucent tissue for interleaving and wrapping. The buffered version (3% calcium carbonate) prevents acid migration and is recommended for black-and-white, colour and albumen photographs and works on paper. The unbuffered version is recommended for proteinaceous materials (leather, silk), cyanotypes and chromogenic prints and is preferred by textile conservators.
